YI Mirror Dash Cam – Unboxing and Overview

Here is another very interesting product from Xiaomi, how many of you actually thought, I don’t want to have another camera screen blocking my view out the road, it would be great to integrate that screen in to the mirror, I know I have. Now that Xiaomi has somewhat of an official representation on the US market via Amazon and their official store, we are seeing and will continue to see more and more interesting products sold straight with no long waits from China and warranty questions.
Xiaomi with their Yi brand have several dashboard cameras,but this is the first one to be integrated in the mirror, and from what I can see its a very good deal,especially considering the fact that it comes with a second camera to be mounted in the back for a reverse view when backing up, not only that, but it will record that too not only the one on the mirror for a forward view.
Great, packaging as always from Xiaomi and I am excited to install this one of one of the cars of my friend and see how it will perform during the day and night, which is one of the most important factors, especially if you are driving at night a lot. The front camera records at 1080P/30FPS and the rear one at 720P.
